Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Recruit Book (recruitbook.net), a service for booking meetings with recruitment consultants. By using the site you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.
Booking a meeting
- Please give accurate details, so the consultant can reach you and the invite gets to you.
- A booking is confirmed when you see "You're booked in" and receive the calendar invite.
- To cancel or change a meeting, decline or reply to the invite, or contact the consultant. Please give as much notice as you can.
- Times shown come from the consultant's calendar at the moment you look. Very occasionally a time may be taken at the same moment you book it; if so, the consultant will contact you to rearrange.
Consultants
- Only approved accounts can sign in and create a booking page.
- You're responsible for keeping your working hours and meeting types accurate, and for the meetings booked with you.
- Sign in only with your own account, and don't share access to your page settings.
Acceptable use
Don't make fake or automated bookings, try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, interfere with the site, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful. We may block access if we see this.
The service
We provide Recruit Book as it is and work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or stop features. The site relies on Google (sign-in, Calendar and Meet) and Cloudflare (hosting), and their own terms also apply to those services.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for missed or rearranged meetings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory rights.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the latest version.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. To contact us, reply to your booking invite or ask the consultant you booked with.
